Summer Peach No-­‐Jito Mocktail

  • 1 oz Shrub Drinks Summer Peach Shrub
  • 3 Key Limes, quartered
  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Ginger Ale

Muddle the key lime quarters and mint leaves in cocktail shaker. Add ice and the
Peach Shrub. Shake, shake, shake. Strain into an ice-filled, tall glass and top with
ginger ale.

¡Ay, Caramba! A Spicy Mocktail

      • ½ oz Shrub Drinks Tomatillo Lime Serrano Shrub
      • 3 Grape Tomatoes
      • 2, ½ inch slices English Cucumber, chopped
      • 3 dashes Hot Sauce (or to taste) use your favorite
      • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
      • Pinch Salt
      • Kosher salt for rim of glass

 

Muddle the tomatoes, and chopped cucumbers together in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice for 1 minute. This is important for proper dilution. Taste and adjust seasoning. Strain into salt rimmed glass.
This delight can be served “up” or on the rocks – You decide!

The DDD (Designated Driver’s Delight) A Fiesta Mocktail

  • ½ oz Shrub Drinks Tomatillo Lime Serrano
  • 5 segments of a fresh Clementine, Tangerine or Mandarin
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Club Soda or Seltzer

Muddle the citrus segments in a cocktail shaker. Add the Tomatillo Lime Serrano Shrub and lime juice. Add ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain over ice into an old fashioned glass, and top off with club soda or seltzer.

Serve and sip this great summer cooler to your heart’s content!

Texas Tea Sip

  • 1 Tsp       Black Tea
  • 8 oz         Boiling Water
  • 1 1/2 oz   Shrub Drinks Summer Peach Shrub
  • 1              Slice of Lemon
Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Strain into mug.
Stir in Peach Shrub.
Garnish with lemon slice.
