ALG White Wine Sangria

  • 6 oz Shrub Drinks Apple Lemon Ginger Shrub
  • 12 oz favorite Dry White Wine
  • Red, Green and Yellow Apple, sliced or diced
  • 16 oz your favorite Ginger Ale
  • 2 oz Candied Ginger, chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Combine ingredients in large glass pitcher, except ginger ale. Stir and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors Then add 16 oz of chilled Ginger Ale. Serve in a tall glass, over ice if desired. Spoon some of the fruit into the glass and enjoy! Delish!

  • 1 part Shrub Drinks Apple Lemon Ginger Shrub
  • 4 parts water
  • lemon slice for garnish

Stir together a 1 to 4 mix of shrub and water in a heatproof mug.

Microwave until hot. Add lemon and enjoy.

  • 2 oz Shrub Drinks Apple Lemon Ginger Shrub
  • 8 oz cold Hefeweizen or Pale Ale of choice
  • squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Put 2 oz of Shrub Drinks ALG into a chilled beer mug or glass. Top off with cold Hefeweizen or Pale Ale of choice and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Stir and enjoy!

  • 3/4 oz Shrub Drinks Apple Lemon Ginger Shrub
  • 1 1/2 oz favorite bourbon
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • candied ginger (optional garnish)

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well (10 seconds). Pour over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish if desired.

Virgin Hot Toddy

Many of  our shrubs create a delicious alternative to coffee or hot tea when stirred into a mug of hot water just add 1 oz shrub to 6-8 ounces hot water, we think you’ll love it!

  • 1 oz. Your Favorite Shrub (Apple Lemon Ginger Shrub Drinks is a great starter)
  • 6 to 8 oz. Hot Water

Stir the shrub into a cup or mug of hot water ( Of course, you can zap it.) That’s it.

Add a shot of brandy or your favorite alcohol for a yummy Hot Toddy.
